I'm not interested to cover tennis matches here on my blog because you can read them everywhere.
However I just can't resist to talk a little bit about the match that caught my attention today - Fabio Fognini versus Viktor Troicki.
Not only that it was the battle between the two supposedly "cocky" or "cool" players in the ATP but the fact is they are also good looking.
It's amazing how the Italian Fognini managed to save two match points to beat world no. 28 Troicki in a five-setter. The final score is 6-2, 3-6, 4-6, 6-3, 8-6 completed in three hours and 30 minutes.
The match actually started on Wednesday but was postponed due to rain. His next opponent is Frenchman Jo-Wilfried Tsonga.
Fognini is quite active on the social media. Recently he posted a picture together with Juan Carlos Ferrero and with his Bulgarian model girlfriend Svetoslava Simeonova at the Arc de Triomphe in another picture.
Fognini is featured in this month's DEUCE on the ATP website. You don't want to miss the article which reveals the "warmer" side of him.

Rafael Nadal met up with his close pal Athletic Bilbao striker Fernando Llorente at the locker room after his first round win at the French Open against Italian Simone Bolelli.
Nadal said he would like to put a little more time aside for his friend. However both of them are too busy at the moment - Nadal is chasing to surpass Bjorn Borg's six titles in Paris while Llorente has to get ready for Euro 2012.

Mardy Fish had surgery to repair a heart ailment that has kept him out of action since April, USA Today reported.
He had the procedure, called cardiac catheter ablation, on May 23 to correct misfiring electrical pulses in his heart.
The 30-year-old player started to feel the symptoms back in February, waking up in the middle of the night with extreme palpitations that doctors explained were a form of arrhythmia. He said he thought he was going to die.
Lovebirds Caroline Wozniacki and professional golfer Rory McIlroy enjoyed an evening together taking a picture under the Eiffel Tower in Paris yesterday.
Meanwhile, on the professional side, Wozniacki has hired former Australian Open champion Thomas Johansson to help coach her, DR Sports reports. Johansson has worked closely with her for the past few weeks and is contracted through the US Open.
Let's see who else also taking a picture with the Eiffel Tower:

Rafael Nadal made an appearance at an art exhibition in Paris today.
The exhibition named "Lines of diversity. The Balearic Islands to the shore of artistic expression" (as translated by Rafaholics.com) was chaired by the Regional Ministry of Education, Culture and Universities in the Balearic Islands.
